We collect the email address you use to register, and billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers. We keep records of your orders and the proxy credentials assigned to you.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, provision and renew your proxies, process payments, and provide support.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. ipsurfer never sees or stores your full card number.
4. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
5. Security
Proxy credentials are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
