Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing proxies from ipsurfer("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
ipsurfer provides static ISP proxy IP addresses on a monthly subscription basis. Each order assigns a dedicated IP within the country you select. IPs are allocated randomly within that country; specific subnets cannot be requested.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the proxies for any unlawful activity, including fraud, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, spam, or any activity that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
4. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
ISP proxy allocations are non-refundable once delivered. If we are unable to deliver a proxy after payment, the corresponding charge is refunded automatically.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ipsurfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
