Terms of Service

1. Who we are
IPSurfer is operated by IKERPRIME, S.L., a company incorporated in Spain with tax ID (NIF) B-26902544 and registered office at Calle Almirante Mourelle, 50, 5º D, 15011 A Coruña, Spain("the Company", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@ipsurfer.com.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing proxies from IPSurfer("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The service
IPSurfer provides static ISP proxy IP addresses on a monthly subscription basis. Each order assigns a dedicated IP within the country you select. IPs are allocated randomly within that country; specific subnets cannot be requested.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the proxies only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to engage in or facilitate: fraud or payment fraud; credential stuffing, account takeover, or any unauthorized access to systems or accounts; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; the distribution of malware or the operation of botnets or command-and-control infrastructure; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes or exploits minors; harassment, threats, or stalking; or any use that violates a destination website's terms of service in an unlawful manner. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities, and we may suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy immediately and without refund.
5. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Wallet top-ups may also be paid by card (Stripe) or in cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Your subscription is billed in advance for each monthly period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: your IP remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing. Cancellation does not shorten the current period, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for time remaining once a period has started. If provisioning fails and nothing was charged on the upstream provider for that order, the corresponding payment is refunded automatically. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once the balance has been used to purchase a proxy; any unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within a reasonable window by contacting support@ipsurfer.com.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKERPRIME, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be submitted to the courts of A Coruña, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
